Easy to Use Gratitude Guided Journal

$2.95

This gratitude guided journal and planner helps you focus on gratitude and thankfulness while you plan your life with built in reflections on each page.

I was inspired to create this Gratitude Guided Journal by this quote from G.K. Chesterton.

“When it comes to life, the critical thing is whether you take things for granted or take them with gratitude.”

– G. K. Chesterton

I created this downloadable/printable ePlanner to help you intentionally focus on gratitude and thankfulness while you plan your life. This planner is not your typical planner. I designed this printable ePlanner to help you live your life with gratitude with the help of built in reflections on each page.

What’s included in the Let’s Live with Gratitude Guided Journal and Planner?

Each page, short and simple, has little daily entries for you. Write three things (or people) you’re thankful for. Keep track of your “get to do’s”. Record some happy thoughts.

At the end of each week, there’s a spread to reflect on your week. What went well? What “opportunities for growth” did you have? Surprises and inspirations?

There’s also room to record the music you listened to, podcasts, things you read, people who blessed you, anything that inspired you, and any other good things to come your way that week. By writing it down and thinking of it intentionally, you’re going to notice more of the good stuff instead of just the bad.

This gratitude planner and gratitude journal includes:

  • Undated weekly planning and journaling page with ample room for reflection and planning in several color combinations, including black and white.
  • A weekly reflection spread to reflect on the good things from this past week.
  • Each page is 8.5” x 11”, and is a downloadable, printable PDF File

The Let’s Live with Gratitude Guided Journal and Planner Story

Life moves at a fast pace. We’re constantly looking for ways to get more done every day. A few years ago, I realized even if I got things checked off of my to-do list, life was still passing me by most days.

Wake up. Work. Wash Dishes. Do the Laundry. Cook Meals. Crash into bed. Wake up and do it all over again. Rinse and repeat, right? This wasn’t the life I wanted.

I wanted a life marked by gratitude and infused with more life in my life. Not just “doing stuff” and “getting stuff done”.

I took note of what I called “happy thoughts” every day in my planner: things that inspired me, encouraged me, made me smile, or otherwise brightened my day. What an improvement in my attitude!

Then I made a note of people I was thankful for each day and different parts of my day that I was grateful for. That will cure anyone’s grumpy mood.

I even looked at my to-do list not as something I HAD to do but things I had the privilege of doing. My “get to do” list. This also helped me pare that list down only to the essentials after a while too.

I created this planner with these thoughts in mind. Each page, short and simple, has little daily entries for you. Write down three things (or people) you’re thankful for.
