Website Accessibility Statement

Website accessibility is important to me here at Thoughts and Designs. I’m committed to making this website’s content accessible and user friendly to everyone.

To me, the heartbeat of Accessibility, as well as the heartbeat of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion can be summed up in the words of Jesus, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

My Website Accessibility Statement is simple.

If you are having difficulty viewing or navigating the content on this website, or notice any content, feature, or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please email me at [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject line and provide a description of the specific feature you feel is not fully accessible or a suggestion for improvement.

I take your feedback seriously and will consider it as I evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and our overall accessibility policies.

This field and the “rules” that govern it are constantly developing and evolving. I’m here and ready to learn from my visitors if an area of my site needs work to be more accessible for you.

Policy Concerning Discrimination

In this view, living like my Jesus as much as I am able to, while leaning on His grace, I do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender, ethnicity, orientation, disabilities, or religion.

I do not need to agree with you in order to serve you, and you don’t need to agree with me to work with me. As mature adults, we recognize that people can partner together without agreeing with each other on the minutia of every possible area of life, because we all have different histories and backgrounds that have shaped us.

I prefer to work with any entrepreneur, organization, or business working to make the world a better place by using their unique gifts to serve others as best they can. This generally means those elevating small businesses (particularly women-owned), artists, creators, authors, events to encourage and support creatives and makers, and anyone adding their mark on the tapestry of their local communities in a way that builds that community up.

I am pretty easy going about nearly everything unless you’re a jerk and a bully. I do not tolerate abuse.

I reserve the right to refuse to serve any company or organization promoting abuse, misogyny, racism, anti-Semitism, or bullying behavior through their messaging or practices.
